A Chartered Estate Surveyor, Valuer, Right of Way Consultant and a Lawyer. Emmanuel Mark heads a diverse team of over 25 hand Picked Real Estate Surveyors and Valuers representing diverse interest in the Real Estate, Environmental and Right of Way Consultancy area of practice. Respected by his colleagues for his problem solving skills, Mark possesses the singular ability to empower colleagues and create a cooperative team. In 2004, he became a founding Partner of Nuel Mark & Partners.

Along the way, he has served as State and National Publicity Secretary of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Chairman, Corporate Affairs Committee of the Institution (2008-2010), Member, Membership Committee of the Institution from 2014 to Date and Member, Professional Practice Committee of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVABON) from 2006 to 2017, and has recently been appointed to serve again from 2019-2021.

He was formerly the Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President and later President of International Right of Way (IRWA), Chapter 84, Nigeria. Recently Mark was designated SRWA - Senior Right of Way professional, the first member of Chapter 84, Nigeria and only African to be designated. Emmanuel Mark also belongs to other allied professional associations like International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). The Commonwealth Association of Surveying and Land Economy (CASLE), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), African Bar Association (AFBA) and International Bar Association (IBA) amongst others.

Emmanuel Mark earned degrees in Estate Management, M. Phil in Environmental Management and LLB Law from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Rivers State and has been called to the Nigeria Bar. He started his professional career with the Estate Surveying and Valuation firm of Messrs. Emeka Obianefo & Co. and later joined Messrs Osas & Oseji. He worked in various departments until he rose to Head Agency before retiring voluntarily and founded Nuel Mark & Partners. Today, in addition to his corporate responsibilities, Emmanuel Mark takes great pleasure at Community Service as encapsulated in his membership of the Rotary Family.

Recently one of the first Africans to become an Arch C. Klump Society (AKS) member of Rotary International. Emmanuel Mark is a devout Christian and a Knight of St. Christopher of the Anglican Communion. He is married to Goody his charming wife and they are blessed with a lovely and active daughter Zara.
